Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Production Associate will be trained and rotate between part sorting, the paint room, setting, and blasting.  The main responsibility of this role; however, will be in part sorting in our salt coatings department. Occasional lifting up to 30 lbs.

Shift hours are Sunday through Thursday night 11:00 pm to 7:30 am.

Starting pay is $18.54/hr and up + 1.25 shift differential.  Benefits (zero deductible health care plan), dental, vision, disability, life, PTO, paid holidays, 401(k) with company match.

The successful candidate will have:

• A high school education or equivalent.
• Basic math comprehension skills.
• Ability to perform occasional heavy lifting, repetitive motion bending and stretching, and standing.
• A solid work record is required for consideration.
