This is an individual contributor role and a new position to Dowa. This role will evolve over the next year, based upon the input from the new encumbent and the overall organizational impact. In addition, this position will partner closely with the HR Director and Managers to actively support culture change initiatives, levels of engagement, accountability and ultimately, revenue.
